Here are just some cool oldies but goodies on ankle mobility ideas from PT Bill Hartman of IFAST. The great thing about ankle mobility (or maybe it is a bad thing) is that most people typically never seem to have enough, including myself. The lack of mobility here can be a contributing factor to those with ankle, knee, hip, low-back, and even shoulder pain. Incorporate some soft tissue work here and spend some time mobilizing here to help prevent pain at sites other than the ankle.
