Preventing ACL Injuries Part 3: Glute Medius Assessment Video

I uploaded a simple video that demonstrates how assess athletes’ glute medius function which can be one piece of the puzzle to decrease the chances of ACL injuries.  This is more of an isolated muscle assessment but it is just as important to see any compensations they use to abduct the hip.  Also, look at single leg movements as another way to assess the motor control (stability).
