Chops and Lifts and Core Performance

Gray Cook’s video on chops and lifts is one of the best explanations I have seen on core training. 

He is one of my favorite people to listen because he explains things so easily, besides being a brain in the field.  In my opinion, anyone who trains athletes should be incorporating chops and lifts into their program as well as weekend warriors.  Why?  Check out the 9 minute video and see how he explains core function.
