Soccer Fitness: Science Based Approach

I came across this PowerPoint presentation by Mike Young of the Vancouver Whitecaps (a team in the MLS).  It provides a ton of great ideas.  It’s like a soccer bible with ESD ideas, strength & power training, and injury prevention (Thanks Mike).
