315 Reverse Lunge for Speed Weight (VIDEO)

A good friend of mine sent over a video of him performing a reverse lunge with 315 for 1 rep on one leg.  Let’s just say any critics of single-leg training can be quiet for awhile.  In my opinion he probably could have gone for 335-355 and still ripped it up!

and we thought +225 was solid!
